Beginning in early March 2025, Meta advertisers will no longer be able to use custom audiences for sponsored ads that are based on consumer report information (including credit and alternative bureaus). This means that you won't be able to serve ads to the same people receiving your direct mail prescreen offers and similar tactics.
But don’t panic! Because all of our technology is uniquely linked, we can continue to serve Meta ads to your prospects without creating a custom audience in Facebook. This means we can still reach prescreen audiences in a way that you, or your digital agency, cannot with the new limitations.
